As as potential buyer, I had to deal with one of the agents for a property that had robbed our hearts, but the visit we attended with this agent still left us in shock: I have never seen so much lack of professionalism and an attitude so out of line from a real estate agent before. We were treated with little regards from the beginning: lying on the phone, postponing 3 times the visit day and hour (until the very last minute, telling us outright that there was no other option). During the visit, Mr Demiri was from the start, out of tone, and surreal! First of, the very pitch we were given about the property was overrated in such a gross and embarrassing manner, it was very odd and somewhat infantalising. His attitude then turned more dismissive, and then agressive as more technical questions were being asked, at which point his inability or unwillingness to answer them emphasised his truly poor attitude. It was a group visit (which we haven’t been informed of prior), and it felt like a fight, it was toxic - as if we were meeting with someone trying the play shark, with power plays and no objection with showing little regards. We were so astonished by the whole thing: us and other potential buyers who were present in the visit felt we needed to discuss this experience between us afterwards to process it after he had left. we are not ready to forget this very stressful experience that gives a disgraceful outlook on the profession! To avoid at all cost!

Schandalig!! We hadden een afspraak om 14u. De makelaar kwam 10 min te laat, wat op zich geen probleem was. Hij was aan het telefoneren in zijn wagen en 5 min later is hij gewoon vertrokken.
Geen telefoon en niet uit zijn wagen gestapt om na te kijken of dat er iemand aanwezig was.
Toen we belde naar het kantoor om te vragen wat er aan de hand was beweerde de dame dat de makelaar stipt om 14u daar was en dat er niemand aanwezig was.
Bovendien vindt de dame die we aan de telefoon hadden het normaal dat haar collega is vertrokken en dat we maar zelf naar de auto van de makelaar hadden moeten stappen.
Dit is heel jammer, vooral dat we hier speciaal verlof voor genomen hebben.

Very few visits slots during working times (they offer 2 hours)
I call them to schedule a visit, and I was proposed a time. I said I want it, but before I would like to confirm at work as I need to take day off. I took a day off, but in the meantime they gave the visit slot to some else.
Now i have my day off, but no visit - this is not nice!
