Il a 8 étages, c'est vraiment énorme. Il ressemble beaucoup au Corte Ingles du Portugal et de l'Espagne. Beaucoup de sélection de choses de marque et aussi beaucoup de choses en rabais. Situé juste à côté du centre Eaton.

A massive Canadian retail department store in the heart of Toronto. This is their flagship store and encompasses many floors and has a huge footprint. We wander this location where you can find a multitude of items from fashion to furniture. The Hudson’s Bay company is known for it’s Bay Days where you can find fabulous discounts on items on sale in all areas. I found this location to be clean and well kept with very attractive merchandising in all departments. Staff were available and friendly when I needed them. You can spend a lot of time here just due to the size of the store and each department. There are smaller areas within the clothing areas that feature various designers. I enjoyed walking through and browsing this location.

I called the online tel # to enquire about a leather sectional I wanted to purchase. I had some questions. The rep kept talking to me about a completely different product despite me giving her the name and the serial numbers. Each time she referred back to a bed asking if I want to purchase the covers? It was astonishing!!! Finally, she said, they don't really sell sofas online. Customer service is a key part of any business, something The Bay hasn't yet clued in on. Canadians understand why The Bay is going down the toilet. Their customer service SUCKS both online and in-store.

I stopped online shopping from them after learning they treat delivery driver mistakes as user mistakes. Now having to wait 14 business days for return inspection and 14 other business days for refund processing which feels like a legal scam after doing everything right on customer part.

First I would prefer to put no stars, however that is not an option. I rarely get time to shop; so very excited to pop in today and buy some much needed summer shoes and sneakers. Found a bunch I wanted to try but wandered for 25 minutes trying to find someone who worked there. Finally found 2 associates chatting to each other without a care in the world that they were actually supposed to be working. So pissed off I left without shoes and without the intent of ever going there again.

Just to put it in perspective - it is impossible to try shoes on unless someone gets the size you are seeking. It was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon and about 30 people wandering the shoe section. Imagine the amount of sales if people actually WORKED while they were there!

I am so incredibly disappointed in the Hudson’s Bay Company. I ordered products online and they shipped an empty bag (literally) using their henchmen - Canada Post. They refuse to reimburse me. I have been a customer for over 25 years - this is how you will be treated. This company is being run into the ground by people who care nothing about customer service. Revolting. Worse, you go into a physical store and it is like a mausoleum. I’d rather shop at Simon’s which is still Canadian.

These 5 stars are for Ann from L'Occitane counter (there was also another very helpful lady in fragrances, I didn't catch her name). But from the moment we made contact, Ann went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. She's definitely not the type of rep that brushes off a question if she's unsure, she makes sure to explore all avenues and gets it done! Beyond that she's friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Honestly, if more people were like her, in person shopping would always feel like a treat. Thanks Ann!

I'll be surprised if this dept store is still open by the end of this year . This is the 3rd time I've been here and had to wait and inordinate amount of time to get service or to try something on . 1st time was in the jewellery dept . No help to be found ANYWHERE . Someone from cosmetics had to come help me and bless her heart but she was clueless about jewelery understandably. 2nd and 3rd was in the men's dept. And with each subsequent visit I see a once formidable retailer slowly unwinding...with nothing to offer in the non designer under $200 category and when u find something u have to do a literal manhunt to get some service..nah
.this is unsustainable . And Don't get me started on the website.
