This burger chain is a decent spot to grab a meal. The food, service, and atmosphere were all okay, not amazing, but not bad either. It’s a good place if you're looking for a quick and filling meal without any frills. Nothing particularly stood out, but it gets the job done.

I had a double burger but the patty was not fresh. As it seems the workers are leaving the burger half cooked and heating it then serving it. It did not taste fresh at all. Not even the cheese is melted lol

So it started alright, thought to try the place, always passed by. As first overall it looked clean, and orders were similar to the subway made, you pick your stuffing. The peculiar part was in the service personnel, who appear to be middle aged woman from the Philippines. Her gloves looked a bit stretched, as if she used them for a while. I didn't pay much attention to it before she went to the lower drawer behind the counter. She bent and rubbed her legs and did the same as if cleaning her gloves off. I noticed that and told her it is not acceptable. And as always in such cases she denied everything, then started justifying as the drawer was low. I exclaimed that it is unacceptable and unhygienic. She changed her gloves, and they, that is where I realized previous gloves were used for some time, were tight fitting and bright in colour. She didn't change gloves prior to preparation of food apparently. And I wonder what happens in the kitchen, since cook is the same. I won't be returning, as authentic is only the interior and name of the burger joint. Unhygienic and unprofessional.

I always eat the halal burger at this restaurant and I find it remarkably delicious 😋. Besides the amazing customer service that comes with it. Love the fact that you can choose what comes on the burger and the multigrain burger bun option. Love their onion rings as well. Highly recommended.

TLDR: the employees made me extremely uncomfortable. Do not eat here, don’t even stop by. It’s not worth the hassle.

I Stopped by this location after work today to just sit down and recoup. I walk to the till to order some Sweet Potato Fries, the cashier (whom of which i didn’t catch his name) took my order as any other person would, as i went to pay and the tip screen came up he shamelessly peered over the counter to see how much I was going to tip, he didn’t even try and do it subtly. Anyways, I should mention that I was literally the only person inside the restaurant and it took them 10 minutes to make my fries, when i finally received my food, i took the bag and went to walk out, this man then began following me to the door, i stood at the door for a moment and he just stood next me to staring at me the whole time. Needless to say I got out as fast as i could, he made me super uncomfortable and I didn’t even end up eating the fries after reading some of these reviews. The employees clearly don’t care about good customer service nor how to safely prepare food.

Side note, I wasn’t dressed sketchy or anything like that, i did nothing to warrant this odd and uncomfortable behaviour/treatment from the employees.

Needless to say I will not be walking into this restaurant ever again, I don’t care how good the food is, it’s not worth the possible risk of getting sick and being followed around by the employees. Whoever runs this place really needs to wake up and do something about about all of this, it’s unacceptable.

Small nitpick, the restaurant was a little dirty and the music was far too loud.

Burger was great and big portions. Kids under 12 get free icecream! Almost 2 scoops ! Waffle fries portion was amazing too. Kids enjoyed with the cajan seasoning on every table. Hand sanitizer available at front door.

Awesome Onion Rings, everything came very hot and fresh. Was disappointed with the burger bun though as it was quite dry, like when it’s close to expiry date. Chicken piece in one of the burgers was fairly small. I ate half of the burger without finding any chicken in it. It was flavourful though.
